Where to print business cards from MS Publisher?

I just created a gorgeous business card with microsoft office publisher 2007, my question is if i can just save the file into a flash drive and take it somewhere where they can print exactly the way I made it. I’m using Avery’s Laser Business Card Sheets with Template 5371. I’m actually trying to use them as note cards. So, each card may be different. If I create a new document using the template, fill in the card squares, and print, then the output doesn’t have a top margin. The printing starts at the very top of the page. Anybody know how I can print my cards in the right spaces?

I created a business card in Microsoft Publisher that is 118 MB. I need to upload it to a printing site that will accept a file of this size in the Publisher format or .EMF format as I have tried converting it to. JPG, .TIFF, and. GIF and the clarity is just not there. Any site recommendations or suggestions on what I can do with my Publisher document to make the file much smaller?
